About Mandy
I'm an introverted math nerd who spent nearly 20 years as an actuary and executive β at Willis Towers Watson, Health Care Service Corporation, and everywhere in between.
I've always cared about this work β maybe more than anything else I've done professionally. Throughout my career I was the person creating training sessions nobody asked for, investing my own time in helping people develop the skills that would actually move their careers forward. At some point, doing it on the side wasn't enough. That's why Integral Edge exists.
