Mandy Geyer

Mandy has been working as a health actuary for the last 15 years in insurance and consulting, but has a passion for food and how it impacts our health. She recently completed her Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University, on a quest to better understand not only how we can improve the health of Americans through diet and nutrition, but how we can also positively impact the planet through regenerative agriculture and understanding where our food came from and how it was grown. She’s spent her professional career working to find ways to make healthcare more affordable and believes we can make huge progress toward that goal by improving our health through the food we eat and moving our bodies. Mandy has seen and felt the impact that eating local and exercising regularly has had on her own physical and mental health and wants to help others do the same.
